Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 block butter
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
1.5 cup semi sweet choco chip
Chill the batter for 30mins

360degrees. 12 minutes.
Cool in rack.
