Noodle Star Udon Noodle Soup




I didn't cook this Udon Noodle soup okay! But maybe someday I would learn how to make one that is as good as this one from Noodle Star!

Korean Chicken "Dak Kang Jung"

20 cloves of Garlic Chicken




Ingredients:

20 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 large whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

This lasagna tastes soo much better after it has stayed in the fridge for a couple of days. That's just my opinion!

Banana-nana Cake

Banana Bread Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup soft butter (or 1 stick I cant believe it's not butter!)
1/2 cup sugar or 1/3 sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
*Bake in a 9x4 loaf pan at 325 degrees F. for about 1 hour 10 minutes. ours is only 45minutes!
