30 mins to slow simmer

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1.5tbsp brown sugar
1/4cup low sod soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp real garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1.5tsp smoke paprika
mixed with 1/4 canola oil
use butter to sear
